Using an enlarged local train timetable, plan a journey. Choose the departure time, location and destination.

Write 5 statements about the journey. (Length of total journey, length of time between towns, number of stations passed etc.)

*Work with students unable to interpret timetable independently to locate arrival times in different towns.
